Peeple (Peep) Learning Together Programme is for children under five years alongside their parents and carers.
Peep is an evidence based programme which provides information on child development and supports parents and carers to enhance their home learning environment and to support their child's development.
Peep sessions
By attending Peep sessions you will get support to enhance and encourage your child's development by just:
- talking
- playing
- singing
- sharing books
- doing activities together
Peep sessions usually last approximately one hour and are delivered by a Peep trained practitioner.
A typical session would look like this:
- a warm welcome
- singing and rhyme time
- story time
- time to play and explore
- support and guidance on a chosen strand of learning
- an opportunity to chat with other parents and carers
- ideas to take home for fun play activities which help children learn
- goodbye
