The Strategic Plan is the document which details how the Integration Joint Board will deliver the health and social care services within the resources it has been allocated.
The core themes of the Strategic Plan 2021-30 are:

Consultation period
The consultation was open from now until 12 February 2021.
How the findings will be used
The information gathered from this consultation and wider engagement contributes to shaping the future design and delivery of these services and to improving the wellbeing of local residents, by informing the Community Planning Partnership Wellbeing Plan.
